We ship out orders as soon as possible but it depends on the destination when the shipment will arrive. We can ship worldwide! Below You can find a list of countries that have fixed rates. If Your country is not on the list, please write us [email protected] and we will give You a personal shipping rate.

RETURNS

You may withdraw from a purchase made in our online shop within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Use the Withdraw from contract button in the footer of every page, in the order confirmation e-mail or under the orders in your account. It also works without logging in: open your order with its number and your e-mail address, choose the products and confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”. We confirm the receipt of your statement by e-mail, with its content and the date and time it was submitted.

Send the goods back within 14 days of the statement to Profline AS, Veerenni 29, 10135 Tallinn, Estonia. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer, unless the product was wrong or faulty. We refund the payments received, including the delivery cost when you withdraw from the whole order, without delay and within 14 days of receiving the statement, to the same payment method. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent.

If your Profline Military product has a workmanship or material flaw, please write us at [email protected] (if possible add pictures and a detailed description of the flaw) and we will get back to you ASAP.
